Years spent in the restaurant industry as a chef shaped the foundation of this business—teaching the importance of quality service, flavor balance, attention to detail, and creating an atmosphere where people feel truly taken care of.
Our Story
The Ruthless Tap started as a hands-on project between me and my dad—taking an old horse trailer and turning it into something entirely new. What began as a vision slowly came to life through long days, hard work, and a lot of pride in doing it ourselves. Every detail was built with our own hands, and that’s what makes this bar more than just a mobile setup—it’s personal.
With a background in the contractor world, remodeling homes and painting, craftsmanship has always mattered to us. That experience shaped how we built The Ruthless Tap—from the structure to the finish—making sure it was not only functional, but timeless, rustic, and built to last.
This trailer represents more than a business. It’s a reminder of where we come from, the value of hard work, and the gratitude we have for building something meaningful from the ground up. We’re proud to bring that same care, grit, and attention to detail to every event we serve.
